ok let me explain:
the news article is about the nasa website being hacked
the hackers changed the site and put a link to a video clip
the link in the news article shows what the website looked like after it was hacked: here (http://www.zone-h.org/defacements/mirror/id=700181/)
the video clip is "what appears to be CNN footage of American soldiers shooting an injured Iraqi in the back and then cheering. The link is titled "The war in iraq, kill is a play!". (The footage is graphic and may upset some readers.)"

hmmm interesting.... I'm questioning the authenticity if that was cnn they would have been airing that for awhile. I remember a few weeks ago they got all antsy (sp?) about an interrogation where a soldier fired a gun.

ok well you need to download the right codecs, but first try right clicking the link and saving it, that might work instead of running it in IE

:( um... can't say im shocked, shocked from seeing something like this (I visit OGrish too much), but... I don't think he should be doing that?
